Review of Palo Santo

Newly diagnosed celiac & I think this would have gone better if I spoke Spanish and was better at explaining needs in general. There’s no GF menu but half the menu should have been naturally GF. Server wasn’t sure what I meant by many questions or if, for example, potatoes were safe. My meal came out with an unordered side from a shared fryer but I was told it was “fresh”. I’m not sure what that means.
