Review of Paloma Suerte

I was told by the waiter that the chips were not fried in a dedicated fryer. So not safe for a celiac unless you like to risk your health. I had the cheese enchiladas, family style rice and beans. No issues. They can make a few items gluten free the waiter just has to check with the chef.
