Delicious food, and my husband and I who both get symptoms with cross contamination were fine. We had the baked cheese curds and truffle fries, which are also baked. Cauliflower crust pizza for myself, and rib tips for my husband. Fun place, great service. It is a shared kitchen, but they change gloves and clean surfaces. Food was all baked in their own separate pans. Experienced staff knew the process very well.
