Loved pals before I found out I was celiac and was so happy to see how many options they have! I got the artichoke grilled cheese and the bread was so amazing!! Safe was helpful! Will be going back!

We ordered take out tonight and the service was incredible. They are very knowledgeable about celiac disease and cross contact. They have a separate gluten free fryer and can make a CRISPY chicken sandwich. It was the best gluten free meal I have had in a long time. Can't wait to go back the next time we visit Edmonton.

BEST SANDWICH EVER!! I had the Reuben and it was not only a fantastic sandwich but the bread was INCREDIBLE. Literally would not even realise it was gluten free if you didn’t know. Our waiter was AMAZING, he personally recommended which gluten free bread was the best so I knew what sandwich would be best to order. Super knowledgeable about cross-contamination and celiac disease. AMAZING EXPERIENCE! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! (Waiter suggested the Reuben and the crispy chicken sandwich for best gluten free breads. He said the torpedo bun that’s on some sandwiches is not super structurally sound)
