Best gluten free bakery I have ever been to and certainly the best in cdmx. A lot the gluten-free spots in cdmx are also keto etc and in my opinion are not good. This one is actually good! I always go and bring back the cinnamon rolls.

We visited Pan Filio yesterday and it was absolutely delicious and such a treat to try some Mexican pastries I never would have been able to enjoy elsewhere. They really know what they are doing. We had Orejitas de hojaldre, which were some of the best cookies I’ve ever had in my life, and Concha which was lovely. The drinks are great too. I’ll be back again before I leave CDMX.

I ordered delivery from Pan Filio since I wasn’t nearby. FYI: everything comes frozen, which makes it easy to order a lot and use only what you need throughout the week! The baguettes/bolillo are decent, the chocolate croissants (chocolatin) are amazing, along with the apple turnover (carterita de manzana). I’d pass on the donuts. Overall the best & safest GF bakery options I’ve found in CDMX.

Service was excellent. They also offer a large variety of desserts. The biggest flaw imo is that about 95% of what they sell is frozen. Also, I had better tasting sweets at a different g/f bakery.
