Initially, we were told rice noodles and ketchup were the only gluten free options. After further inquiries, plain vegetables and rice were offered as additional options. It’s too bad because it used to be a great option.

I read reviews that had a good experience and knowledge staff, however when we asked about gluten free, the only options offered were white rice, plain rice noodles, plain vegetable and ketchup. This is probably a case where your success will depend on a particular staff member.

Advertised specialization in gluten free, but gluten free items are not indicated on the menu. However, when we inquired about what we could order that was gluten free, we were told that anything stir fried could be made gluten free. No breaded items could be, though. We had spring rolls and egg drop soup for starters. Both were incredible. We ordered the special fried rice, which they made gluten free. We also got their flat noodle dish, which they made gluten free (rice noodles with other stuff). We also ordered a chicken stir fry dish, which they made gluten free. It was clear they knew about gluten based on how she was explaining how the various dishes could or could not be adapted to be gluten free.

The staff was very knowledgeable of Gluten. They don't offer a huge variety of gluten free options, but they do their best to accommodate your wishes.
