Panamint Springs Restaurant

Three beer options and gluten free buns made this a great experience. The menu didn’t mention the buns but our server was very knowledgeable. He knew which sides were gluten free and which ones were cooked in the cross contaminated fryer. I was extraordinarily thankful and pleasantly surprised.

Server confirmed they could do GF including bread options and was knowledgeable about avoiding fried foods. Ordered avocado toast with scrambled eggs. The bun looked like an Udi's bun based on other review. A couple of hours later had moderate gluten symptoms, I'm guessing maybe how the bun was toasted or if the eggs contained a thickener.

Restaurant manager is very involved in making sure everyone has a great experience. Their burgers are excellent and they offer an Udi's gluten free bun. The prickly pear margarita is a specialty of the bar and delicious. A must try if you're in the area.
