Review of Merritt (My) Island Pancake House

Absolutely Wonderful!! I’ve been here 4 times in last 3 weeks. Have never gotten sick. Management is open and honest and sooo helpful. Unfortunately I overheard a guest getting upset bc management let them know that it’s not a dedicated celiac kitchen YET. They don’t advertise that they are, I told them I am grateful that they are straight forward and honest. I think most ppl dealing with food allergies/intolerances would agree.
