Review of Merritt (My) Island Pancake House

This place was a treat! Blaine, our server, was AWESOME. He went above & beyond to make our breakfast special. Their GF pancakes are something else - light & fluffy, not grainy at all, you couldn’t tell they were GF! The vanilla custard we got the pancakes with was dreamy - not too sweet. I’ll definitely be back before I head home!
