My celiac brother and I went there this morning. He had a pancake with bacon and cheese and I had one with apple, banana and cinnamon. My brother loved them and I thought they were okay. I would definitely go again, but would try a different one than the one with fruits

The gluten-free menu now says that "eating at Pancakes is not recommended for coeliacs". It clearly outlines the cross-contamination measures which are taken, but some coeliacs may now want to avoid (I think this is new, having been there many times before).

Nearly all pancakes available in glutenfree. Stoff is very friendly and knowlable. Very good pancakes.

The Dutch pancakes were very tasty and filling. I ordered the ham and cheese pancake. There is a gluten free menu. It is a busy place, so we had to wait to be served, but it was not a problem for us. There is a risk of cross contamination, but precautions are taken and I did not get sick.

I loved these pancakes! They have a separate gluten free menu that lists if things are gf/ vegan/ dairy free. I also looked up the vanilla syrup they use in their iced latte and it is gf! I’m not the most sensitive to cc but I didn’t get sick!

Took 45 minutes to bring out 2 pancakes, and when mine came out it had a hair in it. Aside from the bad service, the pancakes were good, but fairly greasy and expensive. Expect to pay $20 for one dutch pancake if you want any toppings. Our waitress did end up comping my pancake and making me a new one, but i was late for my tour since I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for the next pancake to come out.

Such a great experience! They have a separate gluten free menu and they put a round yellow 'chip' on your plate so you know it is gluten free. They say if you do not have that chip to let them know and not to eat it. It is really nice that it is a visual to them that it is gluten free. I ordered a simple pancake, actually a crepe that is huge, with just whipped cream. It was so delicious! I haven't had crepes in such a long time, it was so nice to have them in Amsterdam! I would definitely go back and definitely do recommend.

Gluten free pancakes were delicious! I had banana, strawberry, and chocolate sauce. Pannenkoeken (pancakes) are apparently a Dutch tradition and this one did not disappoint. We had to wait 15 minutes (outside) for a table on a Saturday morning so be prepared. Restaurant is cozy and staff was very nice but they forgot to bring my husband's coffee and extra strawberries.

FYI: They say that the gf dishes come with a coloured chip and to look for it and send the plate back if the chip is not on the plate, as it may accidentally not be gf. The chip on mine was red.

I must say that I was very disappointed: I orders gluten-free pancakes and it came with cookie crumbles (which contained gluten), it was very oily and did not fulfill my expectations. I can’t recommend it to people which struggle with celiac disease.

They have a separate gluten free menu (also shows lactose free and vegan options). It's a little bit extra for gluten free but not bad (mine was €1.50 more). The pancakes come out with a little chip on it to indicate gluten free. Really great pancakes and great service! The line was long and it took awhile to get our food, which we were okay with, but keep this in mind if you're in a hurry.

Great lunch! I’ve been craving these pancakes since we left. Wide range for gluten free, dairy free, vegan. All come marked with a plastic coin so you know which ones yours.

Highly recommend any of the options with smoked meats and pesto on. Best savoury pancake I’ve eaten anywhere.

Leave a lot of time as it was always busy here even mid week and out of peak lunch times.
