This is really more of a commercial bakery for distribution, than a traditional store. Don’t let the metal storefront keep you away, it was a wonderful find! They will sell directly to you at their office. This is a dedicated gluten free bakery. The bread I got was warm beautiful small loaves freshly baked that morning. The items are often frozen in order to distribute, but they were happy to let me know what was freshly baked. The bread is also dairy free. They had many other baked goods including donuts, muffins, palmera- they all were GF, but not dairy free. The English they spoke was good enough for us to understand each other. I was able to pay with a credit card.
