I’ve gone to Pancho & Lefty’s twice. Both times I ordered tacos and shared chips & queso with friends. The food is tasty. The staff was helpful on trying to give me safe options to eat, but they weren’t super knowledgeable. They did try very hard though and that didn’t go unappreciated! Chips are in sharer fryer, however I did not get sick off of them. I’m usually fairly sensitive to that. Tacos I got on corn tortillas and had no problem. Overall most of their ingredients are naturally GF. But staff isn’t super knowledgeable and if you’re really sensitive to cross contamination, this may not be a safe place for you.
