The waiter told me that everything on the menu could be made gluten free. I’m not sure how accurate that is but I’m sure at least 75% of the menu could be made gluten free. Food was very good. So many options

Food is delicious and the server assured us that they could make anything gluten free, however, we did not get the sense that they understand celiac and the risks of cross-contamination. There were fried noodles on the table when we sat down - I had to ask the host to remove them - and we were given (non-GF) fortune cookies at the end of the meal. We ordered food that would be GF anyway (nothing fried), and enjoyed the meal, but I am asymptomatic, so I have no way of knowing if I was glutened. If you are celiac and sensitive, I might choose another place. If you are simply gluten free, the food was excellent and the servers friendly and helpful.

Excellent food, almost everything on the menu can be made gluten free.

As someone with Celiacs I am always wary of Chinese food. Panda House was very accommodating. We're able to make delicious beef w.broccoli and fried rice gluten free. Highly recommend.
