Tends towards limited / bland options (“we can make that dish but without the sauce” situation) and nothing is marked BUT I get sushi here fairly regularly and their spicy tuna/salmon/yellowtail is gf. Have never gotten sick.
They seem to have to think about whether things are safe each time, so that makes me nervous about being too adventurous with the kitchen; that’s why I mostly stick to sushi.
