we ordered their turkey chili and a salad which both said was on thier gluten free list at the time both me and my husband became very ill afterwards we both had the same thing and both of us have gluten sensitivity.
I loved the manager's honesty when I asked about gluten-free food. He said, "Are you kidding? This place is a bakery. Our air probably isn't even gluten-free." Panera Bread seems pretty clueless about where their market is going and what to do about it.
I love their apple salad, but do get sick on them. Amazed that after going wheat-free, I can drink coffee all day without being tempted by the pastries.

They have gf menu, tortilla chips made in dedicated fryer. Food is excellent.

A safe option would be their mango smoothie and green goddess chicken Cobb salad. Both are very good. They don't have many gluten free options and I'm not sure how safe they are about cross contamination.

Not completely gluten free, but when I told the woman “gluten allergy” she said the salads and a soup do not have gluten ingredients. She said they change gloves/use clean utensils and called it back as a “sideline.” I was eating in but they packaged it in a plastic to go with a lid to keep it separate.

Terrible the lady at the register wouldnt even look into gluten free. She said we don't do that here. Like I was trying to get anything GF and she wouldn't even bother helping me or asking. But would help the next lady with her food allergy

I ordered the green goddess salad which is gluten free. But got sick after eating. I think it's a bit or miss thing due to cross contamination. But I won't eat there again.
