Review of Panera

Panera has a GF menu but considering the high volume of bread etc they do, they also clearly note that cross contamination is an obvious issue for those with Celiac disease, gluten sensitivity and/or wheat allergy. They do have items like salads and turkey chili listed as GF as well as other items and breakfast choices.
