No bread or buns gluten free but I've tried their sourdough bread that they told me most gluten intolerant people can eat. I tried a half a piece waited a day. No reaction. Ate the rest of the loaf and surprisingly no reaction. It was wonderful!! They definitely had gf delicious pastries.
