Review of Pangy’s Pizza

July 14, 2023. Not really any good options in Uniontown for Celiac-safe GF pizza UNTIL NOW. WOW!! Found this place based on a suggestion from a family friend and also user 'Nancy2609's' review. Her review is 100% accurate please read it (shoestring fries, GF frier, GF hoagie rolls, GF wings, knowledgeable about cross-contamination and willing to take precautions with your meal and prepare in a clean location, etc). My wife and I ordered a dozen GF wings and 2 GF pizzas. They were fantastic. I haven't had real Celiac-safe wings in Uniontown since my 2017 diagnosis. Many places claim to have them, but dont. I easily could have eaten another dozen myself. We had half BBQ hot and half garlic parmesan. Both great, but I'd go with the garlic parmesan the next time. Pizza was also great. I didn't have any ill effects from gluten exposure from my meal and I am very sensitive to cross-contamination. Highly recommended!

If you have any doubts, I'd suggest that you go there directly and don't just call in an order. When you get there, mention Celiac and the owner, Pangy, will come over and explain what she can do for your GF order. Just about the entire menu is possible for you with minor modifications. The place is a bit small and very busy, so be courteous and give them a bit more time so that they can take all their necessary precautions for you. The entire staff is friendly and also has been taught to deal with food allergies. I'll post a few pictures of our food but won't post any menu photos.
