Ordered the gf panini. I was told that they wrap their paninis in tin foil before they go into the press to avoid cross contamination. Can't say much else about their safety protocols. Staff was helpful. Paninis were really good and definitely big enough for 2. I'll be back for seconds.

Ordered the prosciutto fresh mozzarella panini. I'm pretty sure they just use pizza dough folded in half. Even still it was good! I was a little concerned about paying $16 for a panini but this one was essentially 2 sandwiches!

Delicious gluten free panninis and raviolis . Safe with protocols. Kids have celiac and no one was sick.
