I’m convinced it was GF pizza because they couldn’t get away with selling pizza like this to general public! There was an inch + gap between the toppings and the outside edge. So the outside perimeter cooked to a crisp: not brown just so hard I wondered if dental work was in danger! The $5 upcharge was definitely not worth it. They also had GF pasta for $1 upcharge. No one inquired when I ordered if it was “preference or allergy” which is common question. The menu was clearly marked. Continuing my pizza craving the next day, a grocery store frozen pizza was far superior.
