I gotta say, with the reviews here I was extremely hesitant with this. But I live around the block so I figured I’d give it a try and I’m so glad I did. I made sure to tell them that I had a gluten allergy and they were kind enough to make sure they cut it with a fresh pizza cutter etc. I feel fine today! That’s a plus! Pizza tasted so good too. Had the gluten free Bianca. Please please make sure you tell them you have an ALLERGY and not sensitivity and they will act accordingly!

Got VERY sick from the GF pizza. When placing my order I was told there is no cross contamination in the kitchen. This is NOT true. I called afterwards to complain and the manager told me the person tossing the flour for the normal pizzas does it right where all of the pizzas come out of the oven so flour dust got on my GF pizza. Do NOT recommend for GF.

Papa Gio’s has staff that are very knowledgeable about the gluten free options they have available. The waiters and kitchen staff will make sure they change gloves and do not cross contaminate if you tell them you are gluten free or have an allergy. They wash their hands before cooking and serving gluten free items as well.
There are gluten free pizza crusts available for every pizza option as well as the option for a gluten-feee cauliflower crust. They offer gluten free pasta for a small upcharge as well. Their wings are gluten free and so are their fries
