Not safe at all, they gave me pita bread on my salad. I ordered salmon with green beans and salad and made them aware of a gluten allergy. They assured me there would be no cross contamination.

Wait staff is very knowledgeable about explaining gluten free options. If they're unsure about something they will ask the chef to confirm. Everyone is very helpful about offering substitutions for gluten free sides. They are also well informed about celiac disease or gluten allergies and will change gloves/ cooking utensils if needed. Food is delicious. I hope to go back again sometime!
