I called ahead and they said they use a premade crust and they take extra precautions like changing gloves putting the crust on parchment paper and using clean knives. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Pizza was fantastic. She said she even checked all the ingredients in the sausage and pepperoni for me. We will definitely be back!
