When I went in, I told the cashier I had an allergy to gluten and asked if the staff could change their gloves or whatever. Haha, she did not look amused and said, “We change our gloves every time anyway.” I ordered two gluten free pizzas. They only come in medium, and the crusts are premade and wrapped (I think maybe Udi’s). Before I could ask about maybe getting sauce from the back because they use the same utensils on every pizza, she started putting sauce on the crusts. I’m still figuring out my sensitivity level, so I just prayed that I wouldn’t get sick. And I didn’t, whew. The pizza tasted great. The crust wasn’t amazing. Pretty thin. But everything tasted great and I’d go there again.

They use Udi’s crust, not a separate kitchen but I told them I’m Celiac and the person cleaned space and change gloves to make my pizza, also used clean utensils to spread sauce and was extra careful. Didn’t get sick

I think this place may be safe if you’re simply gluten intolerant but as a celiac I had a noticeable reaction.
