If you call ahead they will make a pizza of choice with gluten free crust in a dedicated area . As long as you have a gluten free oven to cook it in you are good. Staff was vary understanding and I had no gluten reaction and I have celiac disease . For me it's a safe bet just talk to staff before hand .
