The pizza is on a udi's pre baked gluten-free crust..you bake it at home..It's important to tell the person preparing the pizza that you are gluten sensitive or allergic. Gloves are worn, but should be changed, and since gluten contaminated gloves go in the ingredients to prepare other pizzas, they is most likely cross contamination. So you can ask of they will use ingredients that haven't been placed on the assembly line.. But overall the pizza is great! My favorite is the chicken, bacon, spinach, artichoke 🍕 and of course the pepperoni and cheese🍕
They have a gluten-free pizza crust. I'm sure there is cross contamination.

They use Udi’s crust, not a separate kitchen but I told them I’m Celiac and the person cleaned space and change gloves to make my pizza, also used clean utensils to spread sauce and was extra careful. Didn’t get sick
