I went in and asked if they had any gluten free options. They told me anything on their Hibachi menu could be cooked gf. I ordered their super combo: veggies, chicken, beef and shrimp with fried rice. My daughter ordered about the same. And my husband ordered non gf. She asked to make sure which of the 2 meals were for the gluten free allergies. And made sure to clean the grill before she cooked our meals. The rice she cooked without the sauce that contains gluten and it still tasted great. And she made our white sauce for us in a way that did not contain gluten. The whole meal was very good. I did not get sick at all. She was very good with trying to keep cross contamination from happening. I was very happy with the food and service. I'll be back! Also I seen on the menu they have rice and pad Thai noodle meals that I'm sure they would be able to make gluten free by not using sauces containing gluten. I'm sure they would be glad to accommodate.
