Updated to add that the tortilla chips are not made in-house but are warmed in a separate warming oven before being served.
I have been to this location several times recently and have never been sick afterward.
I am unsure if the tortilla chips are fried in a shared fryer, I forget to ask each time I am there. While I am not celiac, I am sensitive to cc from items fried in a shared fryer.
I have been told by management that any menu item that uses a flour tortilla can substitute a corn tortilla. I have tried a different menu item each time I go and each time it has been delicious.
