Gave my card from the celiac chapter to the waiter to give to the cool with the question if he could ask which items on the lunch menu I could eat. The card states I have cd and which specific grains I can't eat. It also educates about cross contamination. He cane back saying I could eat the spare ribs and chicken wings. When I asked what the sparerubs where marinated in he said in ketjap (a soy based sauce) ketjap is always non glutenfree. When I said so he said "oh, but then you can eat the wings" no thnx.

- Nice atmosphere at the lake front. Terrasse.- Friendly young waiters/esses.- Bread can be replaced by gluten-free (kitchen not separate!)- Good food.
