I was in the area waiting for someone to finish a lab at OU, so I drove to this coffee shop on a whim. I went in and asked the employee if they had gluten-free options and they immediately told me which options can be made gluten-free. I tried the Southwest Sweet Potato Hash (added bacon) and found it to be a decent breakfast with my lavender tea. I had no reaction and was told that precautions would be made to ensure no cross-contamination. Pleasant surprise and very accommodating.
