Pappa’s has a long list of GF meats and several GF sides, including fries. They are efficient, and as I was talking with the woman behind the counter about being Celiac, the cook staff brought my plate of meats - with a slice of bread on it.

The woman taking my order immediately recognized that wouldn’t work, took the plate back, and proceeded to set up a clean area to cut my lunch. She started a new brisket and rack of ribs to eliminate any potential cross contamination.

Enjoyed my visit so much I stopped back a week later. When I walked in today they recognized me and immediately started to prepare a clean cutting board.

They move a ton of people through this location over the lunch hour. Very impressed that they remembered that my food needed special care and that they are so careful about making sure I have a good experience.
