I'm not sure how careful prep & cooking are, which is why it's a 4 instead of 5. The GF pizza was good & the price was reasonable. My husband didn't experience any discomfort afterwards, so I assume it was safe to consume, but I would recommend you inquire about the process before ordering. Great place to host a gf child's birthday party :)
