I eat at Paprika almost every week, never got sick. Yes, the menu is not labeled but you can ask the staff. I usually take the chicken bowl without the pita bread. The fryer is shared, no fries or falafels.

Food was mediocre at best. Nothing was labeled gluten free. Wouldn’t recommend.
I was so happy to have found this place, because many other reviews of places in this area were not great for celiac. The man who answered the phone was quite kind, even the third time I called to ask another question about the marinade for the kabobs. (They do not use soy sauce at all.) Three of us have celiac and all four of us loved the delicious food, and felt great after eating here. The staff were caring and careful. We will go back.
