Shrimp Brochet with the rice is safe and yummy. Some of the waiters will tell you you can’t have the rice but it’s safe for celiac. I also like their burgers, no bun with a side salad.

We went to Paradise Key based on these recommendations on FMGF. We were there July 7, 2023. The manager was not on-site on this Fri afternoon at a very busy time. Our waitress was new and had no clue about the menu, kitchen procedures, etc. I am Celiac and cannot recommend this establishment based on our experience.

Nothing is marked GF but there are lots of options from the grill. I had a steak, baked potato, and corn on the cob and felt fine. Not a lot of options in this town.

My husband and I ate here last night. Our waitress told me the pecan crusted reddish is not gluten free and they cannot prepare it without the wheat flour. The shrimp scampi has gluten also. I had the grilled shrimp, baked potato and asparagus. The waitress mixed melted butter and crushed garlic to make it similar to shrimp scampi. I enjoyed the meal. The chef must have changed since the review that said the pecan reddish is GF.

First time we went to Paradise was about a year ago and I asked the manager for gluten-free items. He pointed out several items that could be made gluten free so I had the pecan crusted fish. It was heavenly. We've been back several times since and while the food is always good the service is hit or miss. They don't have a specific gluten-free menu but if you ask they will tell you what can be made gluten-free.

I have eaten here multiple times. It is not a dedicated facility and they have no GF menu. Talk to your waiter and tell them your dietary needs. They have always accommodated my needs. They have numerous GF and DF options. Fresh and tasteful.

Not sure why this restaurant is listed. Lots of burgers, but no GF buns. Staff had no idea what GF options might be available. Settled for grilled fish. Service was s l o w.

No dedicated gluten-free menu, but the staff was very aware of gluten-free and checked with the kitchen.
