Gluten free items are listed on the menu but I’m not very adventurous so I stuck with California roll subbed with real crab, and an avocado cucumber roll. I confirmed with the sushi chef that he got the message about gluten free. It was fresh and tasty enough. I didn’t bring my own Tamari and the soy sauce was the wheaty kind so I did miss that. Probably will go again.

I called ahead and spoke to a manager. I have celiac and cannot have even slight cross contamination. They told me they could make a habachi meal gluten free for me. I was sick about an hour later. If you eat here, I suggest only eating items labeled gf on the menu.

This review is for all you can eat sushi. I’ve eaten here many times before my diagnosis and was a little unsure how it would go. On the menu they have a small selection of rolls that are marked gluten free. I called ahead and spoke with a member of the team and asked about gluten & cross contamination. He said to be sure to alert my server and request a separate menu for all you can eat. He also said if alerted to a gluten allergy, their sushi chefs will prep my rolls on in a separate space on a clean board with clean utensils. The server wrote on my menu “gluten allergy” so their chefs were alerted. Worked out great and didn’t feel sick! I did not have the miso soup or salad that comes with the meal.
