The menu notes what is gluten free. Staff was knowledgeable about what contained gluten. My child is the one with celiac. She had edamame, cucumber roll, rice and mochi. They brought out tamari for her.

Possibly the best sushi restaurant i’ve ever been too. The fish is amazing quality for starters. They have all of their GF sushi menu items marked on the menu- and the staff is knowledgeable about cross contamination if you ask them to take proper precautions. They will not serve your rolls on the same platter as gluten rolls. The sushi chefs are also able to make certain other GF rolls upon request! They offer Tamari for GF soy sauce option. Eaten here at least 6 times and have never had a bad experience since being Celiac.
