I enjoyed my experience. This was one of my favourites pre-Covid and pre-celiac, and I really wanted this to work. I ate the chicken enchiladas with corn tortillas, and as the gluten-free menu advised, warned the server that the sensitivity was severe so that they could take precautions. The tortillas weren’t my favourite, but they were edible. I had no adverse reactions, and wouldn’t say that the risk is higher then any other restaurant that has food with gluten.

Love the enchiladas and I love that I can safely have chips and queso!

Stopped there yesterday and they have eliminated the only gluten-free sauce option: salsa verde. Disappointing.

Nice variety on the gluten free menu but be careful of cross contamination.

They try, but they can’t control the cross contamination. If you are truly Celiac, this is not your best choice.
No
Not celiac friendly. They have a dedicated menu for gluten free, but lots of cross contamination. No dedicated fryer and most items hit the fryer at least briefly, including the rice. Chips for salsa are made elsewhere and good to eat, chips for nachos are made in-house and thus cross contaminated.
Paradiso is a ND classic! I love eating there. they even have a free taco bar for happy hour in the bar area.
Yes
Nice enough food but lots of MSG in it. Waitress friendly and tried to be helpful but suggested that all corn flakes are gluten free (not true so I did not try the fried ice cream).
Excellent food at this location, many gluten free options. The fryer is not a dedicated fryer so the fried ice cream is not safe for celiacs.
Appeared knowledgeable. Hostess knew right away where GF menu's were. Staff was also aware. No reaction.
Good gf menu, free chips and salsa. Consistently not poisoned. Workers well trained.
Yes
They have a gf menu (with warning about a shared kitchen, but that they take precautions). I had 2 enchiladas with chili queso sauce and rice and beans. Everything was delicious 😋

Tried to get plain fajitas with corn tortillas. The chicken was so overcooked it was rubber like 3 day old microwaved chicken. Huge pile of inedible onions and 3 small slivers of green pepper. Corn tortillas rolled up in tinfoil dry and hard could barely get them out of the tinfoil. They obviously don't care about the quality of their food. I do not trust they care enough to watch the cross contamination.
