I've communicated with the owner and they strive to make all their meals gluten-free. They don't know whether or not the ingredients where they get their food is produced in shared facilities, but all their meals are gluten free. This is my go-to place whenever I am needing to grab a meal that is healthy, tasty, and safe for me. The only thing that isn't gluten free is the Caesar Salad, because the dressing contains worcestershire sauce that has wheat in it. All of their meals have the list of ingredients on the containers, as well as the nutritional facts.
Some of the retail packaged snacks they have are made in facilities that contain wheat products, but the packages say that so I would just read.
