The location in Colorado Springs was closed down. We found CoQuette’s though and it was so worth it.
The staff were really friendly and loved to give suggestions. I got the Thai crepe very tasty! I took my daughter out and she got the multi berry cream cheese crepe she enjoyed it as well.

I haven't eaten here for two or three years. I ate here two or three times and broke out in a rash that lasted for days every time I ate there. I stopped eating there and the rash disappeared. I discovered the batter they insisted was gluten free had some wheat in it. Perhaps they have changed their formula. I will not eat here.

My celiac wife and I have been here twice this week and she has had no reaction. Maybe they changed their processes but they appear to go out of their way to sanitize.

I definitely got sick after eating here earlier today. The food tasted good but definitely not good enough to be sick over. Cashier was rude as well. Not happy with Paris Crepe at all.

NOT a safe place for celiacs despite their claims and reassurance! There is little effort to avoid cross contamination and their staff is uneducated. It took me a miserable week to recover from eating here.

My German chocolate crepe and cafe mocha were amazing! My daughter also loved her chocolate Crepe made with buckwheat flour to accommodate her gluten allergy. We will be back!!

They have a dedicated top for gluten free crepes, and multiple gf options. I have never had a problem here, and I have celiacs!
We called to assure they were safe. they had a sign outside that said 100% gluten free. Then when I asked how they assure it's 100% gluten free I was told "oh. we can't. oops"

Awesome crepes! The buckwheat crepes are very close to regular wheat ones. They also have rice crepes (I think) and garbanzo crepes, so there are multiple options. All the staff I talked to knew the ingredients to everything (even the sauces) very well and said that everythig is made in house, so they can be sure of what's in everything. Also, when I went back up to order my dessert crepe, the man cooking reminded the cashier to tell me that they had chocolate buckwheat crepes, too (some of their specialty dessert crepes are served on chocolate crepes). I was really happy about that, and it was very reassuring that the man cooking remembered I needed gluten free despite the fact that there were a lot of other people in the restaurant. Plus, the food was just delicious! Highly recommend this place to anyone! I am celiac, and I haven't had a problem.
It was delicious. He washed off the cooker and the spreader before he made the crepe.
Good food, ingredients listed, many gf options!

Went here for lunch today and it was wonderful!! The crepe was perfectly cooked and filled nicely with very fresh tasting ingredients. Lots of options for savory or sweet, can't wait to go back and try a dessert crepe!
Nice option
Fantastic gluten free crepes. Tasty and delicious. The owner is the chef, and quite good at his work. Dinner/lunch and dessert all in one stop. Yum!!
LOVE THIS PLACE! I am from out of town & not only have to eat gluten free, but also dairy free. Very accommodating & the owner was extremely nice! I went there twice during my visit to COS & will return.
Crepe's are great. They are very aware of gluten issues. Safe place for a light meal downtown.
Yummy GF crepes! and nice staff!
