Review of Paris Pizzeria

Sensitive Celiac that eats gluten free pizza here often without issue. I don't know the specifics of how the pizza is prepared, but it comes on a separate aluminum tray, so I assume it is both prepared and cooked in the tray to avoid cross contamination. It comes sliced, so they must use a separate cutter since I don't get sick.
