Glendale Co location: Hubby and daughter are celiac and we had burgers and fries, staff said all fries are gluten free and they use Udi’s buns. Food was pretty good and no one got sick 🙌!

Awesome staff and delicious burgers however even though I was assured by phone that they follow safe practices and have a dedicated fryer, when we arrived they informed us hay hay stack onions were in both fryers, and the buns are all grilled on the same grill as the burgers. We did request a burger cooked on tinfoil along with the bun to avoid and have our fingers crossed

This place is hit or miss for me- I go here a lot and get sick only sometimes. Offer GF buns or a salad for burgers and have a dedicated fryer for fries. I'm always assured that they're careful but really it's a toss-up

I have safely enjoyed PB for 3 years, until Last week. I had an exposure that caused me to be down over 36 hours. I think restaurants need better GF protocols

According to the Mgr., if you have celiac, be sure to ask them to fry your burger on a clean piece of foil, otherwise, they share the grill with regular buns and it has made me ill in the past. I was assured by the Mgr. that the fries were safe.

Gluten free options. Have eaten there many times and not been sick. I always ask if they have a dedicated fryer and got multiple answers, so I have never eaten their fries. Their salads are great, so I generally have a burger salad.

Friendly staff answered all my questions about gluten free options. All french fries are safe and burgers are too...just get them with a delicious gluten free bun!

I've enjoyed their gluten free buns on burgers many times. Try a burger on greens too, very good. Cider instead of beer is GF as well.

Serving staff is not knowledgable. One server stated that "all items" on their menu were gluten free. Another explained that everything I had order on previous trips to Park Burger contained gluten! I tried Park Burger three different times and each time I was sick for days. NOT GLUTEN FREE FRIENDLY! If you have a serious allergy to gluten or have Celiac, do NOT go here!

Wow!! The GF bun on my burger was so good I almost didn't believe it was really gluten free. But, I'm really sensitive and I felt great after enjoying a turkey burger and sweet potato fries. They also have GF beer on the menu. It's great to be able to satisfy a craving!

Can't recommend for celiacs. No dedicated fryer or even space on the grill. I appreciated that the (friendly!) server knew what was at stake and informed me accordingly, but it didn't feel terribly friendly to have him tell me that there was no burger I could order for which there wouldn't be a risk of cross-contamination. So we left and went somewhere else -- Hopdoddy, which I do recommend for celiacs!

Wow! Great food. Basic burger but so delish. They did their gluten free buns so delish. No crumbles. I am DF GF and did not have a contamination or get sick. Sweet potato fries are fire!

Good gluten free hamburger buns. Asked about the gluten free bun and server mentioned separate fryers for fries. Fries were good.

This is my go to place for a gf burger and fries. BUT they no longer have a dedicated gf fryer so can’t get the fries anymore.

The burger was amazing!! I just got the park burger with the GF udi’s bun and felt good!! However, I looked at the reviews and many said they had a dedicated fryer for fries with no cross contamination. I have Celiac and asked the waiter and he said that there is cross contamination and shouldn’t have them. Glad I didn’t!!
