Park Cafe

This is the first time I have had to walk out of a restaurant. We use to go here all the time and have had great service and food. After waiting to be seated, because it is a small popular place, our waitress has no knowledge of what was gluten free other than a side of bread. I asked if she can find out if the meal I used to get was gluten free. She comes back and it is not and can't tell other than the bread what is gluten free. She suggested I get the bread and mix it with other things on the menu. I asked what on the menu can I mix it with that is gluten free? I again ask if she can go ask someone and she comes back and says a hamburger patty. She kept using I think, I don't know, I'm not sure. I'm out!! Not worth getting sick over. Unfortunately we won't be back.

This is a fabulous little gem. There were many bkfast items that I could eat. I stuck with my usual, bacon, eggs and potatoes (which by the way were fantastic)! Could have had GF toast but 2 slices for $5 wasn’t worth it to me. Fast friendly service. Delicious! Will be returning during our stay. I am extremely sensitive to cross contamination and I was fine.
