Park City Mountain

This is On Mountain at Park City Restore, at the base of Quicksilver gondola and Silverlode lift. Chef was very knowledge and after I inquired about options, he was quick to explain he would make it separately and with gf bread. I ordered a burger - it was quick, he communicated to the cooks using celiac wording and it was delicious! I believe they also have soups and other options too. Will be back to inquire more!
