Park Commons has five vendors providing food inside. None of them have gluten free items marked, nor any allergen information. I ordered a chicken salad and spoke to a person working in the salad bar. He knew what celiac disease what and ensured that they could prepare my salad gluten free. The other person there had zero awareness about celiac. I am a sensitive symptomatic celiac person, and I did not have a reaction.
The salad was prepared from a buffet style vegetable area, and I was worried about cross contamination from e.g., croutons and crispy stuff. I did not feel super safe, but the restaurant was not listed on FMGF so I figured I should give it a test.
The food options included a salad bar, a poke bar, a burger place, curries, and a mediterranean place. I would guess at least the poke and burgers and curries could have gluten free options, but again, nothing was labelled and I did not inquire the other food vendors. They serve a relatively large science park so my guess is the familiarity with celiac and gluten free is medium plus.
The food was decent, and I would probably try the burger if I go there again.
