Great service and great food! GF is clearly marked on the menu and our server said the kitchen is aware of trying to prevent cross contact. She said my order ticket would have gluten allergy marked on it. They have one fryer that is kept for gluten free. The fries were delicious and I enjoyed all the food and drinks I ordered. Looking forward to returning.

Very attentive staff. Knowledgeable about modifications. Do not have a gluten free menu but there are marked gluten free options on the menu. If you tell them it’s an allergy the staff is trained to clean their station and to modify the meal. The food is delicious. I had the salmon and risotto. They have plans for a dedicated fryer. Fine dining but a comfortable Colorado atmosphere.
