Did not seem very receptive to accommodating gluten and dairy “allergy”. Waitress brought the ham plate with bread on it, apologized but made no offer to bring a new one. Took so long to get food after ordering I didn’t ask for a new plate, so ate the half away from the bread and hope I won’t have reaction. Vegan baked sweet potato with carrots were not well cooked so had hard spots. Pricey and won’t try this one again, even though our training is in this hotel. Will find a more accommodating and safe place nearby for the rest of my stay.
