I’ve attempted to eat here a few times and I’d say the overall vibe is underwhelming between the taste, assurance of safety, options and cost. The cost is high, the taste is mediocre (I’ve tried the Mediterranean bowl, tacos, etc) the options are few and the safety for those options is not wildly reassuring. Because this is a food court style vibe, each place within Parlor has its own practices and especially when it’s busy, you have to be give them specific instructions and watch them to ensure your food is prepared as you need it.

GO TO ELEPHANT WINGS!
GO TO DEEZ NACHOS!
These were the only 2 places we ordered from. Nothing else is gluten friendly or Gluten Free….
1. Elephant Wings: Delicious Indian style street food. Gluten free wraps are available for many of the sandwiches without worry of cross contamination of other ingredients (best GF wraps I’ve had). I talked with the owner and he confirmed his menu and that the French Fries are Gluten Free and fried separately from the samosas (celiac safe)!!!!
2. Deez Nachos: The only thing on this menu that does contain the devils protein (gluten) is the Quesadeez. Everything else is gluten free and cooked separate from the quesadee. I talked with the owner and he confirmed that there is no cross contamination. We also watched them prepare the food to verify.

only one GF option - elephant wings. they have GF wraps, but it’s a shared fryer so the fries aren’t celiac safe.
the grill top doesn’t have any gluten on it, so I tried the bombay-mi with the GF wrap and didn’t have any issues! you can also get over rice. it was delicious and I didn’t have a reaction!

Parlor has multiple restaurants within it. I was very hesitant to go there since my celiac diagnosis because I didn’t see labeling on any of the menus regarding dietary restrictions, but I had a great experience with Taco Tank! I asked them about gluten free and the employee told me Taco Tank’s whole menu is gluten free. I had birria tacos with chips and queso. All delicious and all gluten free!
I’m glad to know I have a safe option at Parlor, but wish there was labeling across the board so that I could easily consider other options. I didn’t ask any of the other restaurants about their options while I was there.
