Though they did not have a lot of gluten-free options, the server was very knowledgeable and helpful in pointing me in the right direction and anticipating celiac-related concerns. Though there is not a separate fryer, there are some items they have changed the preparation for to allow celiacs to order them, such as the cauliflower.
