Extremely knowledgeable waitstaff as it relates to Celiac. They pointed out all GF items on the menu and also pointed out which shared foods for the table (certain apps and the bread) were off limits as they contained gluten. Offered a gluten free bread options and explained how it would be baked separately and a safe surface to avoid cross contamination. Pasta is made in fresh water and a clean pot, again to ensure no cross contamination. Food was delicious!
