Review of Parrilla Grill

I have eaten here a few times but had a big problem the last time I did. I ordered their Thai bowl after explaining I had celiac and verifying I could eat the sauces. They brought it out to me wrapped in a tortilla then tried to just dump it out of the tortilla into a bowl. Very sloppy, definitely not safe to eat here

How confident are you that this establishment takes safety precautions against cross-contact?
